1. Prohibition of Weapons:

• CareSphere has a strict policy prohibiting caregivers from carrying or using weapons of any kind while on duty. This includes firearms, knives, pepper spray, or any other item intended for self-defense.

2. Client Safety:

• The safety and well-being of our clients are paramount. Weapons in the care setting pose serious risks and are not allowed.

3. Reporting Concerns:

• If a caregiver becomes aware of another caregiver or any individual on the premises possessing a weapon, they should immediately report it to their supervisor or coordinator.

4. Legal Consequences:

• Caregivers must understand that carrying weapons while on duty may have serious legal consequences and can result in immediate termination.
