Using Personal Vehicle for Errands: If you're using your personal vehicle for patient errands, the patient will reimburse your incurred trip costs. Please reach out to the coordinator before embarking on any errands to discuss this process.
Driving Patients: Employees authorized to drive patients must have a copy of their car insurance on file with CareSphere.
Parking: If free parking isn't available near the patient's location, discuss this with the Coordinator in advance. They might assist in arranging parking reimbursement.
Compliance with Laws: While driving or parking, it's crucial to comply with all state and city laws. CareSphere is not responsible for any tickets received during these activities.
