Phone Use Rules While On Duty
At CareSphere, maintaining a high level of professionalism and ensuring the comfort and safety of our patients is of utmost importance. Therefore, we have established the following phone use rules for employees during their duty hours:
1. Phone Ringer and Calls:
- Employees must turn off the ringer on their personal cell phone or set it to vibrate mode while on duty.
- Personal cell phones should only be answered if the call is from CareSphere or in the case of an emergency.
2. Entertainment and Messaging:
- While on duty, employees should refrain from engaging in activities such as playing games, watching movies, texting (unless it's an emergency), or chatting on their personal cell phone, even if the patient is asleep.
- If the patient no longer has tasks for you to complete, please contact the coordinator for guidance on how to proceed.
3. Personal Calls:
- Personal calls should not be made from the client's phone.
4. Camera and Voice Recording:
- To respect patient privacy and confidentiality, employees may never use the camera function or any form of voice recorder on their phones during work hours unless explicitly authorized by a CareSphere representative.
Adhering to these phone use rules ensures that you maintain a high standard of care and professionalism while providing services to our patients. If you have any questions or need further clarification on these rules, please do not hesitate to reach out to your Coordinator or a CareSphere representative. Your commitment to these rules is vital to our mission of delivering the best care possible.
