Amount of Patient Hours

The amount of hours and days a patients can receive services is determined by the patient's insurance company and not by CareSphere. Before accepting a case it is important for you to be aware how many hours that patient is authorized for each week.

Once you accept the case, you may not go above or below the authorized hours. If you go above the authorized hours you will not get paid for the time as you only get paid UP TO the amount of the scheduled visit.
If you go below the scheduled hours, the patient will not receive the full amount of hours and that may lead to a red flag.

Keep in mind: If you arrived 5 minutes late, of course only with permission, make sure to stay 5 minutes late so the patient gets the full service hours.
