Step 1: Access the Website
To view the open shifts, go to CareSphere Connect

Step 2: Map View of Available Cases
Upon clicking on open cases tab, you will be presented with a map view displaying available cases. The map will automatically find and display cases closest to you.
If employees wish to search for patients in a different area, you can enter an alternative address or location in the designated search bar at the top of the page. Once the new location is entered, the map will update to display cases in that area.

Step 3: Access Case Information
Each home icon references another patient in that area. To view more details about a specific case, click on the home icon.

Step 4: Ensure Credentials
When you click on the home icon. It will open a pop up displaying additional information and any special requests about the patient. The credenitals required will also display. We advise against accepting a case if you don't hold the appropriate credentials specified by us.

Step 5: Request a Case
To request a case, click "Request This Case!" and fill out the necessary information. The coordinator was now alerted about your case interest and will call you shortly!

Case Review:
Upon form submission, a CareSphere coordinator will promptly reach out to you via phone. Be ready to answer that call because you don't want to let that perfect case slip through your fingers. During the phone conversation, our coordinator will provide comprehensive details about the case. You'll learn about the patient's age and gender, their diagnosis or condition, and the specific tasks and needs involved. Additionally, you'll get the exact address, so you'll know exactly where you're headed. If you have any important questions or worries, this is your chance to ask. You can talk about things like if you're allergic to pets, if you don't like noisy pets, or if you prefer a smoke-free environment. It's a good time to make sure everything will be a good fit for you. Therefore, please ensure your phone is readily accessible, promptly answer the call, and let the coordination process begin! Not interested in taking the case after your phone call with the coordinator, or you need more time to think about it? CareSphere No problem, just be upfront with the coordinator. Because, my friend, the next step is the big one – finalizing a contract. Once you put your signature on that dotted line, you're all in. So, take your time, ask your questions, and ensure you're ready for the journey ahead. We're here to support you every step of the way!
