This department primarily focuses on providing in-home care services to adults and seniors who may require assistance with various activities of daily living (ADLs) due to age-related conditions, illnesses, or disabilities. The main goals are to enhance the quality of life for these individuals, promote their independence, and ensure their safety and well-being in their own homes. Services may include personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming), meal preparation, medication management, companionship, and light housekeeping. The care provided in this department is given by Direct Care Workers

This department specializes in caring for individuals with mental health disorders or developmental disabilities. The focus here is on addressing the unique needs and challenges of this patient population, which can include conditions like autism, Down syndrome, schizophrenia, or bipolar disorder. The care provided is highly specialized and often includes behavioral interventions, therapeutic support, and assistance with daily living activities tailored to the specific needs of each patient. The caregivers in this department are trained to provide patient-centered care that takes into account the individual's mental and developmental conditions, aiming to promote their overall well-being and independence. The Care provided in this department is given by Direct Support Professionals

Home health care is a department that provides clinical and medical services in a patient's home. It typically serves individuals of all age groups, but at CareSphere these patients are typically pediatric patients (ages 6-21). The care delivered here is medically focused and often includes services like wound care, medication administration, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and skilled nursing care. The primary goal is to manage and treat medical conditions, assist in post-hospital recovery, and ensure that patients can receive necessary medical care in the comfort of their homes. Home health care teams are composed of licensed healthcare professionals such as registered nurses, physical therapists, and medical social workers and Home Health Aides.
